Come as you are
No forms before an emergency. Health history can wait until after Dr. Olmos has looked.
The exam
A few questions, an exam, and an X-ray if she needs one. About 45 to 60 minutes.
The fee, in writing
A written estimate comes before any treatment.

If you can't find something, come anyway.
Please fill in your health history on our private patient portal, not by email or through this website. The practice links to the portal here once it is set up. In an emergency the forms can wait until after you have been seen.
